The following ships have a limited number of connecting staterooms: AmaKristina, AmaLea, AmaLucia, AmaMagna,
AmaMora, AmaSerena, AmaSiena, AmaStella and AmaViola. The following ships have a limited number of triple
occupancy staterooms: AmaBella, AmaKristina*, AmaLea*, AmaLucia*, AmaMagna*, AmaMora*, AmaSiena*, AmaStella*,
            AmaVerde and AmaViola*.

*Ships with quadruple occupancy suites (Third and fourth bed in triple and quadruple occupancy staterooms,
respectively, is typically a pull-out sofa)

What are the bed configurations available in your staterooms?
Our staterooms throughout Europe, Asia, Egypt and Colombia are appointed with queen sized beds that can be
configured as two single beds. Triple and quadruple accommodations on select ships, as noted in the previous
question, also feature a pull-out sofa. On Africa’s Chobe River, Zambezi Queen features oversized king beds
            that
can also be configured as two single beds.

Do all of AmaWaterways’ ships have elevators?
We have elevators on all our ships in Europe and on Egypt’s Nile River. On AmaBella, AmaCello, AmaCerto,
AmaDante, AmaDolce, AmaLyra, AmaViola, AmaReina, AmaSerena, AmaSonata, AmaStella, AmaPrima, AmaVenita and
AmaVerde, the elevator reaches the Main Restaurant, Lobby and Main Lounge and staterooms on the Violin and
            Cello
Decks only but not the Piano (lowest level) or Sun Deck (highest level). On AmaDahlia, AmaDouro, AmaKristina,
AmaLea, AmaLilia, AmaLucia, AmaMagna, AmaMora, AmaSiena and AmaVida, the elevator reaches all stateroom decks,
but not the Sun Deck. Zambezi Queen on the Chobe River, AmaDara on the Mekong River and AmaMagdalena and
AmaMelodia on Colombia’s Magdalena River do not have an elevator.

I read that you have hairdryers in every stateroom, but I am not allowed to bring a curling iron or
hair straightener on board – do your ships have these items?
Yes! While we ask that you do not bring these items on board as there could be dangerous voltage issues, we
            do
provide hairdryers in every stateroom. Our Reception Desk has a limited supply of hair straighteners and
            curling
irons with the appropriate voltage which you may request to use on board.

Do the staterooms have magnetic walls?
We know many of our guests are concerned about having enough closet or storage space. While we do not have
magnetic walls to accommodate magnetic hooks in our staterooms, rest assured that there is plenty of space
within the closets, in the bathrooms, and on some ships, underneath the bed, to store your luggage and other
            personal items.

How many outlets are in your staterooms?
The number of outlets varies between ships and staterooms. However, most ships include power outlets at the
            desk
and next to the bed. Many guests also choose to bring portable charging devices with them while traveling. If
you are concerned about charging any devices, please contact your travel advisor or 800.626.0126 for more
            information.

Are there fitness rooms on board?
AmaWaterways is committed to ensuring guests are able to enhance their best selves on board. Every ship in
Europe, Asia, Egypt and Colombia features a fitness room. On the Danube River, AmaMagna has enhanced space
within its Zen Wellness Studio with outdoor spin bikes and a full-sized pickleball court on the Sun Deck. The
28-passenger Zambezi Queen on the Chobe River is the only ship that does not include a fitness room.

          Can you explain “solo travelers”?
AmaWaterways warmly welcomes guests who are traveling solo without any other guests in their stateroom. Solo
travelers are assessed a supplement of the full per person cruise fare in addition to the cost of a single per
person fare. AmaWaterways typically has special savings for solo travelers. There are also a limited number of
specially priced single occupancy staterooms on board AmaCello, AmaDante, AmaDolce and AmaLyra in France. More
